Certified Personal Trainer

Hi, I'm Michelle, also known Fit Mom of Many. I'm a wife and busy homeschooling mom of 5. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, who enjoys helping people find fitness and nutrition plans that work. 


I wasn't always in shape...

Having babies, getting older, poor eating habits, and zero exercise can easily lead to being overweight. That was me. 

I knew I needed to make some serious changes for my health, so I did. 

It didn't happen overnight, but over the course of several years, I learned to choose better food options and I began working out. It still takes me being disciplined and intentional to maintain a healthy weight.

I grew a love for fitness and nutrition so I took that passion and became a certified personal trainer. Helping others achieve their health and nutrition goals is what I love to do!
